Hope Transforms: A Success Story
Tilly, a 5-year-old girl in our kindergarten class at Missions of Hope Chumani Center, struggled with communication and social skills when she first joined our school. She found it difficult to interact with other students, ask questions in class, or even ask for help, which made her feel lonely.
Her teacher supported her by helping her develop social skills and confidence. The teacher created a safe space for Tilly to share her thoughts and feelings. This boosted her confidence and helped her talk to others.
By the end of the school year, Tilly was confident enough to interact, communicate, make friends, and even lead the class in morning devotions through prayer. We are so excited to be a part of Tilly's transformation.
