Greetings from Kosovo!

Greetings from Kosovo Center. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve students, families, and the wider community this term.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support. We are glad to share a few highlights from the term with you.

Gladys Musili
Head Teacher, Kosovo

  • Our students participated in the MOHI kindergarten and junior school sports tournament. The event gave them opportunities to interact with others, develop their talents, and learn beyond the classroom.
  • We established a student recognition initiative to encourage positive behavior and academic growth.
  • We held parent meetings focused on student performance and community outreach. Parents were encouraged to participate actively in their children’s education.

  • Through community evangelism, the church reached 346 people, and 36 people gave their lives to Christ.
  • Church leaders participated in leadership training to strengthen the spiritual leadership team and support ongoing ministry.
  • Students who attended Angaza Discovery Camp participated in discipleship classes to help them continue growing in their faith.
  • During the Ignite program for Grades 7 and 8, 15 students gave their lives to Christ.
  • A new believers class began for students who recently made decisions for Christ, helping them understand their faith and become active members of the church.

  • A ministry partner visited the school, interacted with students and teachers in the classroom, and shared guidance on helping students participate more fully in learning activities.

Juma and Janet are parents in the Kosovo community who have worked hard to care for their children through seasons of financial difficulty. Their income was often inconsistent, and meeting daily needs was challenging.

Their children were enrolled at the school, where teachers and staff began walking alongside the family. Along the way, the children received support through education, daily meals, spiritual encouragement, and follow-up from staff.

With encouragement from the school community, the children began attending more consistently and growing in confidence. Their parents also received support as they continued working toward greater stability for their household.

Today, the children are participating more fully in school and making progress in their studies. The family is still moving forward, and they continue to trust God for provision and growth.

Their story is a reminder that change often happens through consistent care over time, as families, teachers, social workers, and ministry partners walk together in hope.

A different name has been used to honor privacy.

  • Thank God for good health among staff, students, and community members. Pray also for God’s provision and protection.
  • Pray for sponsorship for the students in our school who are still unsponsored.
  • Pray for financial stability among parents in our community so they can continue caring for their families.

As you read about how God is working, please consider sending a message of encouragement to your sponsored child through the MOHI mobile app or through your online sponsor account. Your words can remind them that someone is praying for them, cheering them on, and grateful to be part of their journey.
