Hope Transforms: A Success Story
Dan* is a young boy currently in Grade 3 at the MOHI’s Kibarani Center. He is the youngest of three siblings, and they all attend school at our center.
Back in 2021, while in preschool, Dan struggled with regular school attendance. He often refused to show up for school, showing little interest in classroom activities. However, through persistent follow-ups and encouragement from a dedicated social worker, Dan changed. He began attending school daily and became an active student in class.
At the time, Dan's family was going through severe marital strain that created household tension and instability. Fortunately, through prayer and counseling, the family was reconciled. This reunion restored peace and brought emotional stability to the household.
Thanks to the support from MOHI, Dan’s life has taken a remarkable turn. He is now consistent in his school attendance, and he has grown more confident. He actively participates in church activities. Although Dan is not yet born again, he is eager to learn more about God.
The transformation has spread to the family. Today, Dan's family has been reunited and worships together every week. His family is stronger and more united, creating a nurturing environment for his growth.
