  • We began preparing our Grade 3 and Grade 6 students for this year’s national assessments. Teachers are providing ongoing support as students prepare for these important tests.
  • We enrolled new students across all grade levels, which has increased our school population.
  • We held a parents’ meeting to discuss students’ performance and well-being. We are grateful for the parents who continue to grow in their participation in their children’s education.

  • Evangelism has become an ongoing practice in the community. The evangelism team continues to train members in outreach and Gospel sharing.
  • The church has continued to welcome new members, with at least one new member joining us each Sunday.
  • Weekly Bible study and prayer meetings have grown, helping deepen relationships within the church community.

Matthew is a student whose early school years were marked by inconsistent attendance and academic struggles. His mother was working hard to provide for the family, and it was difficult to closely follow his education each day.

After hearing positive things from neighboring children about the MOHI school in Kakata, Matthew’s mother enrolled him. When teachers noticed that he was still missing school, they spoke with his mother and began working with the family to support more consistent attendance.

Teachers and social workers encouraged Matthew to understand the value of education and the importance of steady participation in school. Over time, his attitude toward school began to change. He started attending more regularly and completing his classwork with guidance from his teachers.

Matthew’s mother has also become more involved in supporting his education. Today, he is making gradual progress in several subjects and is growing in responsibility. We continue to pray that Matthew will keep growing and that his story will encourage others to see the hope that can come through education and steady support.

A different name has been used to honor privacy.
